Kate Haisch is a Registered Dietitian who is extremely passionate about food and its relationship to health. Kate holds a B.A. in psychology from the University of California at Santa Cruz where she studied eating disorders and a B.S. in Nutrition Science from San Francisco State University. Kate is currently finishing her master’s degree in nutrition research. Kate believes the most important aspect to counseling is to take an individualized approach. No two people are the same – everyone who walks through her door comes in with their own unique background and set of experiences. Kate meets her clients on their level, in their comfort zone, with a realistic, compassionate, co-created plan. Kate deeply understands the pain that eating disorders cause, thus she has dedicated her life to help relieve the suffering her clients feel and to help them find hope and reinvigorate their passion for food and health.
