Parent and Family Education Program
We are excited to announce our free educational program for parents of teens and young adults. This program focuses on topics around nutrition, exercise and the psychological health of teens and young adults. Some topics are specific to eating disorders, but most are geared to the general population.
This program consists of informal presentations by Dr. Carlton or other guest speakers. There will always be ample time for questions and discussion.
These sessions will be held on the first Tuesday of each month from 7:00-8:30 at El Camino Hospital’s Park Pavilion (2400 Grant Road), Room N, Mountain View. Park Pavilion is next to the YMCA. Park in the YMCA parking lot.
Space is limited, RSVP to education@doctorcarlton.com. Please indicate which session you will be attending.
